POLICY HANDLING

How We Handle Terms Enforcement & Account Data

We keep your account secure by matching your wallet name to your registered name, logging every deposit and bet with a timestamp, and requiring OTP confirmation when you withdraw. If you want to see your transaction history or close your account, the request goes through support so we can verify your identity before we act.

Account verification

We check that your DANA, OVO or GoPay name matches your account name when you make your first withdrawal. If they do not match, we ask for a photo ID to confirm ownership before releasing funds.

Transaction logs

Every deposit, bet, win and withdrawal is recorded with a timestamp and a reference ID. You can download your history from account settings, and we keep records for dispute resolution and audits.

Dispute process

If a bet settles wrong or a payment does not appear in your balance, contact support with the reference ID and a screenshot. We review the case against our logs and reply within two business days.

Account closure

You can request account closure at any time by contacting support. We will process any pending withdrawals, close active bets at their current value, and send final balance to your verified wallet before closing the account.

Terms & Conditions FAQ

We will freeze your account and send you an email explaining what triggered the freeze. You can reply with your side of the story, and we will review it. Serious violations like duplicate accounts or payment fraud result in permanent closure.

No. Your wallet name must match your registered account name. If we see a mismatch when you try to withdraw, we will ask you to verify ownership with ID before releasing funds, and we may block deposits from that wallet.

We post the effective date at the top of this page whenever we update the terms. If the change affects how you use your account or wallet, we will also send an email to active accounts at least seven days before the new terms take effect.

Any mismatch between what you saw and what your account shows — a bet that settled at the wrong odds, a deposit that left your wallet but did not reach your balance, or a withdrawal that was approved but never arrived. Report it within seven days with the reference ID.

These terms cover the general account and payment rules. Each promotion has its own terms shown on the promo page — rollover requirements, eligible games, expiry dates. Both sets of terms apply when you accept a bonus.

The full terms document is linked in your account footer and in the email you received when you registered. This page is a summary; the linked document has the complete legal text that governs your account in supported regions.
